Our rental conditions
Article 1 - Minimum rental period
The rental period varies according to the season. In low, medium and high season, the minimum rental period is two nights. In very high season, the rental period is a full week, with departure and arrival on Saturday or Sunday for the JADE gîtes. In certain situations, depending on last-minute availability, these periods may be adjusted. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
Article 2 - Arrival and departure times
Arrival times: You are free to arrive from 5 p.m. onwards.
Check-out times: The gîtes must be vacated by 10 a.m.
Article 3 - Internet
All gîtes have free internet access. Let's be patient, the fibre is coming, it is planned for 2024.
Article 4 - Terms of payment
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the services booked must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, full payment must be made at the time of booking. (30% deposit + balance of stay).
- In the event of non-payment of the balance by the customer no later than 30 days before the start date of the holiday, the Domaine reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to offer the accommodation for rental again, and the deposit paid will be retained by the Domaine.
Article 5 - The cleaning package
To ensure your comfort during your stay, we automatically include a cleaning package for each accommodation, relieving you of any cleaning duties prior to your departure. Our cleaning team will take care of this task. The cost of the package varies according to the type of gîte you choose.
Article 6 - Bed linen and baby kit
There is no extra charge for the baby kit (bed+bath+chair). Optional baby bed linen €8.
Article 7 - Pets
ANIMALS 2 MAXIMUM (dogs only)
Pets are authorised subject to conditions and the Domaine's agreement. A supplement of €13 per dog per night will be charged.
They will not be left alone in the gîtes. Sofas, armchairs and beds must be protected.
Pets are not allowed near the swimming pool or in the games room/reception area. They may be kept on a lead in the park. They must be kept on a lead at all times (a "Récréachiens" area has been created for them). 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed. Vaccination certificates must be up to date.
Article 8 - Prices and tourist taxes
The prices shown are valid for the 2023 season. They correspond to one night and are in euros, including VAT, but excluding tourist tax, which is €1.35/person/day for those aged 18 and over.
Article 9 - The swimming pool
The outdoor swimming pool, which is heated and open every day (except in the event of particularly bad weather), is generally accessible from the end of April to the end of September. Please note that these dates may vary slightly depending on weather conditions, with a margin of plus or minus 1 or 2 weeks. At Domaine du Cardou, all our guests have free access to the swimming pool during opening hours, with deckchairs, parasols and small play equipment available. Please note that access to the pool is exclusively reserved for guests staying in Domaine du Cardou gîtes. For safety reasons, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult in order to use the pool. Opening hours are from 9am to 9pm.
