Rates and rental conditions – Domaine du Cardou (Lot)

Our rental conditions
🏡 Article 1 – Minimum stay
The length of stay varies according to the season:
Low, mid and high season: minimum 2 nights for the Agate, Cristal and Jade cottages.
Very high season: full week stays, with arrival/departure on Saturday (Agate & Cristal) or Sunday (Jade).
If last-minute availability allows, these conditions may be relaxed.
⏰ Article 2 – Arrival and departure times
Check-in : between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. (please contact us in advance for arrivals after 9 p.m.)
Check-out :
10 a.m. for cottages
11 a.m. for guest rooms
Upon arrival, an access code will be provided.
A security deposit of €300 is required and will be returned within 7 days maximum after inspection of the accommodation.
🌐 Article 3 – Internet
Free Wi-Fi access (not fibre-optic).
Use must comply with the law – no illegal downloading or fraudulent use. In case of an official request, guest details may be transmitted to the authorities.
🪴 Article 4 – Eco-friendly practices
Please help us protect our environment and respect the spirit of the Domaine du Cardou .
We invite you to adopt a few simple gestures:

These small actions help preserve the exceptional natural surroundings that make our domain so special. 🌸
💰 Article 5 – Payment conditions
Booking > 30 days before arrival : 30 % deposit at booking + balance 30 days before arrival.
Booking < 30 days before arrival : full payment at booking.
If the balance is not received on time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit kept by the Domaine.
🧹 Article 6 – Cleaning fee
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, within the limits of normal use of the accommodation.
Guests must still leave the accommodation reasonably clean: floors swept or vacuumed, dishes washed and put away, bins emptied, linen folded as indicated.
In case of excessive dirt requiring deep cleaning, part of the deposit may be withheld.
🧸 Article 7 – Bed linen and baby kit
Bed linen and towels (sheets, bath and kitchen linen) are provided.
Beds are made up on arrival unless otherwise requested.
Baby kit (cot, bath, high chair) available free of charge – baby linen optional : €8.
🐾 Article 8 – Pets
Pets are allowed under conditions (excluding categories I and II), limited to one animal per stay, and remain under the sole responsibility of their owners.
Cats are not allowed.
A supplement of €14 per night applies, with a €100 deposit.
Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas.
Access is not permitted to the pool or the reception hall.
💶 Article 9 – Rates and tourist tax
Rates include household linen, cleaning and utilities.
Tourist tax : €1.95 / adult / night, collected for Grand Cahors.
💦 Article 10 – The swimming pool
The outdoor heated pool is available free of charge to our guests, generally from the end of April to mid-September (± 2 weeks depending on weather). ☀️
🕓 Opening hours : 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
