Rates and rental conditions – Domaine du Cardou (Lot)

🏡 Article 1 – Minimum stay

For holiday cottages, the minimum length of stay varies depending on the season.

In Peak Season (THS), the minimum stay is 7 nights, with the following arrival and departure days:

Cristal: Friday to Friday

Agate: Saturday to Saturday

Jade: Sunday to Sunday

For the Opale and Ambre guest rooms, the terms of stay are as specified at the time of booking.

⏰ Article 2 – Arrival and departure times

Check-in: between 5 pm and 8 pm (after 9 pm, prior arrangement required).

Check-out: 

• 10 am for holiday cottages, 
• 11 am for guest rooms.

A security deposit of €300 is required and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days following an inspection of the accommodation.

🌐 Article 3 – Internet

Free Wi-Fi access (not fibre-optic).

Use must comply with the law – no illegal downloading or fraudulent use. In case of an official request, guest details may be transmitted to the authorities.

🪴 Article 4 – Eco-friendly practices

Please help us protect our environment and respect the spirit of the Domaine du Cardou .

We invite you to adopt a few simple gestures:

🚿 Limit water waste

🔥 Close windows while heating is on

♻️ Sort your waste

These small actions help preserve the exceptional natural surroundings that make our domain so special. 🌸

💰 Article 5 – Payment conditions

Booking > 30 days before arrival : 30 % deposit at booking + balance 30 days before arrival.

Booking < 30 days before arrival : full payment at booking.

If the balance is not received on time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit kept by the Domaine.

🧹 Article 6 – Cleaning fee

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, within the limits of normal use of the accommodation.

Guests must still leave the accommodation reasonably clean: floors swept or vacuumed, dishes washed and put away, bins emptied, linen folded as indicated.

In case of excessive dirt requiring deep cleaning, part of the deposit may be withheld.

🧸 Article 7 – Bed linen and baby kit

• Bed linen and household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) are provided.
• Beds are made up on arrival unless otherwise requested.
• A cot with sheets included can be provided at a cost of €8 for the duration of your stay, subject to prior request and availability.

🐾 Article 8 – Pets

In the Agate, Cristal and Jade holiday cottages, a maximum of one dog per stay may be permitted, subject to prior request.

Dogs classified as Category 1 or 2 are not permitted.

A surcharge of €14 per nigh t applies.

Dogs must be kept on a lead in communal areas and remain the responsibility of their owners. Any damage caused by the animal is the responsibility of its owner.

Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool or the reception room.

Cats are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted in the Opale and Ambre guest rooms.

💶 Article 9 – Rates and tourist tax

Rates are as quoted at the time of booking.

For the Opale and Ambre guest rooms, breakfast is included in the rate.

The tourist tax is payable in addition to the cost of your stay.

For the Opale and Ambre guest rooms, this is €0.98 per night per person aged 18 and over.

For the Agate, Cristal and Jade holiday cottages, the applicable tourist tax is as stated at the time of booking.

💦 Article 10 – The swimming pool

The outdoor heated pool is available free of charge to our guests, generally from the end of April to mid-September (± 2 weeks depending on weather). ☀️

🕓 Opening hours : 10 a.m.–9 p.m.

Access reserved exclusively for guests staying at Domaine du Cardou. 💧
