Ideal for eliminating fatigue, driving out stress and toxins, the sauna is above all a moment of relaxation, which also allows you to strengthen your natural defences and energise your body.So take the opportunity to relax!

The swimming pool



A haven of peace in a lush environment.

The swimming pool is heated to 29° from the end of April to the end of September. It is inaccessible the rest of the time.

Take advantage of these few moments of relaxation to swim, sunbathe and play with the children (inflatable games available).

If you wish to sit in the shade, the garden furniture on the pool terrace is at your disposal.

The Jacuzzi



A privileged moment to evacuate and manage stress. The bubbles of the jacuzzi have an essential soothing and relaxing effect on both body and mind.Enjoy a foot reflexology session by putting your feet towards the water jets.The water jets inside the spa provide a high-pressure hydromassage that you direct to specific parts of your body simply by moving and adjusting your body to receive the full force of the water.Improve blood circulationAccording to many experts, a soak in a hot tub can make you feel refreshed and improve the health of your lungs and heart.

Pressotherapy



Pressotherapy has the power to work on veins, cellulite and heavy legs to eliminate water retention and toxins.It is ideal for combating heavy and swollen legs as it improves blood circulation and has the same effect as a manual lymphatic massage.
These sessions should be avoided by people suffering from :Severe circulatory disorders, phlebitis, peace maker, artificial tendons, tumours, pulmonary oedema.

Massages



The effect of the wellness and relaxation massage is enhanced by the use of gentle oils


More than just a moment of relaxation, massage helps to reduce stress, prevent illness and improve health.


Massage has many positive effects on the structure and posture of the body and on the functioning of the entire organism. It helps to release muscular tension, with a relaxing and de-stressing effect.



Shiatsu means "finger pressure" and is a massage technique derived from traditional Chinese medicine.It uses hand and thumb pressure on the whole body (back, arms, legs, head), combined with mobilisation and stretching.


Shiatsu aims to rebalance the energy in the body and relieve muscular pain.Shiatsu sessions are performed in relaxed clothing, lying on a futon. They last on average between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
We can offer you this session either in the wellness room or in the shade of a tree in the park of the Domaine du Cardou
